Refund policy

• Custom made orders are non returnable.
• Customers may return products (not customised) ordered from ShopViolla within 3 working days. This does not include items bought on sale and our promotional offers. 
• Products sold can be exchanged for replacement or the amount paid can be used for your next purchase on the website.
• Items have to be returned in the original packaging and with the clips or tags attached.
• We are not responsible for any of the damages caused to the goods during transit.
• Please not that returns and exchanges are not applicable to the goods below Rs 500. You may return the orders and send them to our warehouse -
